Gurur Brahma Gurur Vishnu Guru Devo Maheshwaraha
Guru Saakshat Para Brahma Tasmai Sree Gurave Namaha

Meaning: Guru is verily the representative of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. He creates, sustains knowledge and destroys the weeds of ignorance. I salute such a Guru.

Love Vipassana is my understanding of the path as per my experience. Love took me to Vipassana. Vipassana took me to myself. And being one with myself, I wrote Love Vipassana.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my Guru who initiated me on the path -
Dr. Amit Jain (Founder of World Center For Enlightened Living). The teachings at my Gurukul(WCFEL) built the foundation of my being. His presence and absence both took me further to experience what I learnt at WCFEL. Naman!

I extend my gratitude to all the lightworkers, philosophers, holy saints and masters whose writings, practices and meditations helped me understand myself - Bhagwan Buddha, Master Samael Aun Weor, Master Cho kok sui, Lord Padmasambhava Guru Rinpoche(whose presence I often felt in Kathmandu) , Daisuku Ikeda, Nicherin Daishonin, Ekhart Tolle, Teal Swan, Louis Hay, Sai Baba ji and Kabir Das ji. My naman to all self realised masters and lightworkers!

I was taught at my Gurukul, that as we move further on our journey, our schools change. So I am thankful to all the practices which led me to knowing Him. I am thankful to my teacher for teaching me the most important lesson of life, 'love is freedom'.

I extend my gratitude to Shri S.N Goenka ji who initiated me on the path of Vipassana. Which led me to me.

I am thankful to my Shiva for placing love, devotion and hunger for Him in my being since the age of 4.

I am thankful to my biological father whose Devotion towards Lord Hanuman helped me integrate my own courage, fearlessness and will power to walk on the path.

I am thankful to my biological mother who taught me how to surrender in Faith without which I would be nothing.

I am thankful to myself for the restlessness I carry within that
seeks the state of peace within.

I am thankful for my life experiences. Good, bad and ugly. I now know they were a conspiracy of God to put me where I am today.

I am happy today to share what I experienced on my journey.

When the human and the being within,
come together as ONE in pure surrender,
what rises is a state of Love,
That is Love Vipassana.
